- helping a European hypermarket chain to boost customer satisfaction and make its in-store processes more efficient by refocusing on customer needs, implementing lean techniques, and improving labor scheduling
- working with a leading convenience format in Western Europe and a leading grocery chain in Eastern Europe to introduce a new category-management process driven by big data and covering assortment, price, merchandising, and procurement
- advising a leading European grocer on a new customer-centered management system to improve the quality of its fruit and vegetables, meat, dairy, and bakery products.
