Walking on Mars
We warmly invite the student community to join Worldwebforum On Tour at ETH Hönggerberg.
Virtual and augmented reality promise to transport us to places that we can only imagine. When joined with spacecraft and robots, these technologies will extend humanity’s presence to real destinations that are equally fantastic.
Victor Luo, the former director of virtual and augmented projects at NASA Operations Laboratory at JPL will share their progress so far, the challenges that lie ahead, and their vision for the future of VR and AR in space exploration.
All students welcome to the session at ETH Hönggerberg, no registration required.
There is more for you…
Right after the session at ETH Hönggerberg, you have the chance to join the main Worldwebforum conference at Stage One, Zurich.
Hear keynote presentations and fireside chats from special guests including Metallica’s Lars Ulrich. Stay on for a night of celebration, with free-flowing drinks, delicious food and awesome music.
This invitation is FREE for the first 100 students to register. Remember to bring your Student ID.
